Refund policy

In case a customer cancels the order contract, they have the right to receive a refund or exchange their order for another item. Payment refunds will be processed by Dellgardo upon receiving the item, inspecting it, and confirming that it is not damaged.

Dellgardo is responsible for issuing a refund equivalent to the amount paid by the customer as per the contract, without delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the request to cancel the order contract and the returned item from the consumer.

The customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping the item back and any refund taxes in all cases, except if a wrong item has been sent or if the item was received damaged.

Dellgardo hereby assures that the refund transfer will be initiated promptly upon receiving the returned item from the customer.
